She has a range of experience in all aspects of banking and finance law, acting for both borrowers and lenders. She has particular expertise in corporate lending, Islamic finance, and real estate finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Leila was a banking and finance associate based in a leading London firm. Since joining Al Tamimi & Company, Leila has been involved in a variety of transactions in the Middle East including advising on regulatory and transactional matters.
