Drafting bilingual of letters and Official correspondence both in Arabic and English. Provide the legal advice to the company as general and specifically assists the company in all aspects related to Labor such as negotiation, disputes, establishment of personnel policies in-compliance with the labor law.

Supervising and directing investigation with the employee and labors who violate the administrative rules and regulations in the company and drafting investigation statement, applying the approved company’s internal bylaws with respect to such violations.
