Khaled is a dual qualified and bilingual lawyer with over 12 years of disputes representation and advisory experience, working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. His dispute resolution expertise is wide and spans across three jurisdictions: Egypt, Qatar, and Kuwait.

He has been successful in representing clients in wide contentious matters including Construction, Intellectual Property, Commercial Agency, Labor, and Real Estate matters.

Khaled also advised on many contentious and non-contentious matters and assisted clients in prelitigation proceedings.

  • Advised a prominent Chinese company appointed as subcontractor in the project of the new airport in Kuwait, on questions related to decennial liability, concurrent delay, and employer’s liability towards subcontractors.
  • Represented a European company in Arbitration proceedings before the CRCICA in relation to claims worth more than USD 40 million for the placement of sea pipelines in the seabed.
  • Advised and represented an Egyptian company in litigation proceedings related to a dispute over a trademark worth more than USD 10 million.
  • Advised a Korean Company on pre Arbitration proceedings in a construction dispute worth more than USD 170 million.
  • Advised a Kuwaiti company in a construction dispute worth more than USD 12 million.
  • Advised a Kuwaiti Company on an agency agreement in relation to liability for agent’s commissions and compensation.
