Joyce is an associate in the Corporate team at Al Tamimi & Company’s Qatar office.
Working closely with international, regional and local clients, Joyce assists corporate entities and investors on a full range of corporate matters. Her role involves assisting with company structuring, restructuring and liquidation, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carrying out corporate due diligence, and drafting corporate documents and agreements.
She is specialised in foreign investment projects and advices clients on the process, regulatory and compliance requirements.
