Biography
Joe David Sabeh is an Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, actively involved in the firm’s Real Estate and Construction departments. His work focuses on drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, and fund documentation for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
As a member of the Construction and Infrastructure department, Joe contributes his expertise to a variety of construction projects, including infrastructure development and electrical vehicle installation contracts across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Middle East. His methodical approach in due diligence, contract negotiation, and legal documentation ensures comprehensive support for clients through all stages of their projects.

- Drafted land Sale and Purchase agreements for various clients in the KSA including the Sale and Purchase of industrial properties.
- Drafted property lease agreements for a variety of clients in various industries including industrial properties.
- Assisted clients on their acquisition of real estate by conducting due diligence (including reviewing property title deeds, lease agreements, Ejar Unified Contracts and licenses) in both the KSA and UAE.
- Established multiple Real Estate Investment Trusts in the KSA.
- Assisted in drafting and negotiating numerous construction related contracts (both in FIDIC and bespoke forms) for a wide range of projects (including power, infrastructure, buildings and leisure facilities).
- Assisted in drafting development contracts for a high-profile government related project in Makkah.
- Assisted in drafting the legal documents required for the development of electrical vehicle charging stations for multiple projects in both the KSA and the UAE.
- Assisted in drafting Consultant Services Agreement for various construction projects across the GCC.
- Prepared several corporate structuring certificates submitted to the Dubai Land Department on behalf of several high-profile clients.
- Assisted in drafting suites of construction related templates for governments, developers and contractors across the GCC.
- Assisted in the preparation of concession documentation for a major Dubai developer in connection with the provision of potable water, wastewater and district cooling facilities.
- Assisted in drafting framework agreements for the design and construction of numerous electrical substations at various major developments in Dubai.
- Assisted in advising an international contractor on a high value construction contract for a hospital project in Saudi Arabia.
