Jincy, a qualified Indian Patent Agent, is also a post-graduate Electronics and Communications Engineer, having over 7 years of experience in the field of innovation, R&D and industrial property, managing IP assets for clients, enabling them to create smarter patent portfolios.
Jincy deals primarily with drafting Patent applications (PCT, Non-Provisional / Regular and Provisional patent applications), Utility models and preparing Industrial Design applications as well as in Prosecution of patent applications. She also handles patent prosecution for engineering and technical inventions worldwide, and has expertise in Infringement analysis, Invalidation searches, advising on patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
Jincy is a member of the firm’s Metaverse working group and has authored a number of articles to Al Tamimi’s Law Update, being experienced in multiple sectors including TMT, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Agriculture, Transportation, Financial Services, and Healthcare.
