Welcome to this edition of Law Update, focusing on the evolving M&A landscape across the MENA region. With deal activity and value continuing to grow, the region is seeing increased investor interest alongside a changing regulatory environment.
This edition explores key legal and market developments affecting M&A transactions, including regulatory reforms, foreign investment, governance, due diligence and deal structuring across the region.
Ingy is a Partner at the Corporate department. Her experience is centered around advising local and international clients on transactions documents, deal negotiations and due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and public listings. Ingy has further experience in advising both investors and founder-backed companies on early and growth-stage funding as well as exit transactions in the Middle East with focus on Egypt and the UAE. She also advises boards of directors and executive management on corporate governance and public companies’ continuing obligations, including shareholder engagement and board and committee legal structures.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, she held senior positions at a leading international law firm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, advising on complex cross-border transactions, equity capital markets offerings, and venture capital investments. She has extensive experience working with multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-growth companies, with strong expertise in deal structuring, regulatory matters, and supporting clients through corporate growth and investment.
