Biography
Haya Al Barqawi has over three years of experience advising on transactional matters relating to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious corporate matters in the corporate M&A, capital markets, private equity and venture capital practice areas.
Haya specialises in both company and investor side transactional matters with particular emphasis on the investment space. She has advised on matters across multiple industries, ranging from early seed and angel based investments through private acquisition and public offering exits.
