She has entire exposure to all Intellectual property, with high expertise in trademark prosecution, enforcement, disputes as well as concluding amicable settlements. She advises high profile multinationals and start-ups along with the management of their IP portfolios, in prosecution, recordables, agreements, licensing as well as the litigation which entails refusals, oppositions, cancelation actions and finally brand protection via market investigations, drafting complaints, initiating raids and initiating court actions against counterfeiting and unfair competition.
Dina also specializes in Maritime Law on providing on the commercial disputes arising in this area of business as well as initiating court procedures of preventive detention on M/Vs.
She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2012, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Egyptian Association for Protection of Industrial Property (AEPPI). BAR. and prior to joining Al Tamimi she was a Senior Associate with one of the prominent Law firms in Egypt.
