Biography

Dina is a dual qualified New York licensed attorney and an England and Wales qualified solicitor. Dina is a Senior Associate in the banking practice at Al Tamimi & Company, Abu Dhabi office, from January 2022 until present day. Dina was previously an Associate at Linklaters, Abu Dhabi office from July 2018 until December 2021. Dina was a lawyer at Al Tamimi & Company, Qatar office for 6 years from 2012 up to June 2018, and prior to that she gained 14 years’ commercial sector experience in the UK before transitioning into a career in law.

• Advising Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC in relation to a US$200,000,000 trade finance facility made to OQ Trading Limited.
• Advising Apollo Global Management Inc (Apollo) in relation to a US$400,000,000 transaction to acquire an 11.1% minority stake in Aldar Investment Properties (AIP), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-listed Aldar Properties PJSC.
• Advising Commercial Bank of Dubai on a dual tranche loan in the amount of AED 530,000,000 in relation to financing the construction of two 12MW IT capacity data centers located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Advising ADQ in relation to a US$230,000,000 convertible term loan facility.
