Biography
Ammina is a UK-qualified solicitor and has a particular expertise in intellectual property law, with an emphasis in patents and industrial property. She regularly advises on IP infringement queries and various commercial agreements, including IP licences. She also provides clients advice on IP protection and enforcement strategies in the UAE and elsewhere. Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Ammina worked at a prestigious London law firm following the completion of her training contract in 2018.

- Advising companies in various industries including tech and pharma regarding enforcement strategies and patent / IP litigation in various MENA countries.
- Advising regional and international companies regarding IP licensing and other commercial agreements.
- Advising and drafting FTO opinions for various companies.
- Assisting regional innovators including universities in strategizing and setting out IP and innovation policies and guidelines.
- Working on several high-profile patent litigation cases in the UK and Europe for various tech and pharma companies.
