• Advising local private and listed public joint stock companies on various corporate governance matters, including Talabat Holding plc in relation to its general assembly and compliance with Abu Dhabi Global Market and Securities & Commodities Authority regulations.
• Advising a Swedish company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on its acquisition of a group of companies specialising in the manufacture of electrical systems for military applications.
