Biography

Ali Bitar is a bilingual dispute resolution associate at Al Tamimi & Company, Abu Dhabi office, with experience in commercial and construction disputes before the offshore and onshore courts.

His responsibilities include drafting legal submissions in Arabic and English and advising clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.

Before relocating to Abu Dhabi, Ali practiced law in a reputable regional law firm in Jordan and in a law firm in Dubai. Ali cultivated his practice in Jordan by being recognized for the first time as a Key Lawyer in The Legal 500 EMEA 2025 for Jordan under the category of Dispute Resolution.

Ali is currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). He aims to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales and expand his international practice.
