Ahmed Hassan is a Senior Associate based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, specializing in maritime law and international dispute resolution. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, he provides a blend of English and local law advice to a global clientele, including shipowners, insurers, and publicly listed entities.

His practice spans the full spectrum of transport law, from LMAA arbitrations and High Court litigation to complex non-contentious matters such as port concession agreements and vessel sale and purchase. Ahmed is particularly familiar in navigating international sanctions regimes and environmental regulatory challenges, including coral reef damage claims and GHG emissions compliance.   • Vessel S&P: Led sale and purchase transactions worth in excess of USD 500 million, conducting over 70 closings across global jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Netherlands.
