• RMD Kwikform Almoayed Bahrain W.L.L on amending the commercial activities listed under the CR of the company and advising on the required Bahrainisation rate required for the each commercial activities. Also Assisted the company with registering their new directors and authorised signatories.
• B A C Facility Management Company W.L.L on finalizing the liquidation process.
• Assisting Al Gurg Smollan WLL with transferring local and non-local employees from another local company to their records with the Social Insurance Organisation and the Labor Market Authority Regulatory.
• Providing advice and assistance to Bapco Energies the largest oil and gas holding company in Bahrain with respect to updating the commercial names of its subsidiaries and incorporating six (6) new subsidiaries.
• Assisting Dolce and Gabbana in obtaining their CR in Bahrain and registering their local and foreign employees with the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) and the Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).
• Assisting EAGLE HILLS INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES OWNED BY EAGLE HILLS PROPERTIES LLC – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC and EMAAR ENTERTAINMENT LLC in incorporating their branches in Bahrain and registering their lease agreements with obtaining the necessary approvals from the official and non-official authorities in Bahrain.
• Advising Majid Al Futtaim on project agreements and the procedural aspects relating to launching one of their unique and globally reputed restaurant concept.
• Advising Enerflex Ltd. concerning its acquisition financing with its planned merger with Exterran corporation. Also, assisted in advising Enerflex Ltd. regarding issuing Senior Notes in an aggregate amount of USD 925,000,000 (that forms the second part of the refinancing transaction in conjunction with acquisition financing).
