Abdallah Munjed is an associate in the Corporate Commercial Department in Baghdad Office. Abdullah is a graduate of Al Nahrain University- College of Law and is a registered lawyer with the Iraqi Bar Association from 2024.
Abdullah’s practice focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and company secretarial matters, including incorporations, branch registrations, share transfers, and statutory filings before the Iraqi Companies Registrar. He also advises on Iraqi domain registrations, corporate governance documentation, and basic regulatory requirements.
In addition, Abdullah has developing experience in trademarks registration, customs law matters, and corporate tax and social security compliance.
Due to Abdullah participation in Willem C Vismoot Competition (the largest legal competition in the world with a participation of more than 350 universities) for 3 years representing his university team, Abdullah has extensive knowledge in the international commercial arbitration field which includes expertise in the New York Convention for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and the UNCITRAL Model Law for International Commercial Arbitration.
