Legal Training & Development

The Legal Training & Development initiative aims to support academic and professional development by providing legal training opportunities that help bridge the gap between academic studies and practical legal experience.

The initiative delivers legal training sessions and workshops to academic entities, particularly at university level, to enhance students’ understanding of legal practice and provide practical insight into the legal field. Sessions and workshops may cover legal drafting, practical legal procedures, professional skills, and other topics relevant to the legal profession and current industry practices.

The project also supports the development of future legal professionals through trainee opportunities within the firm, including structured training programs for internal trainees and placement opportunities for students seeking practical legal exposure.

In addition, the initiative supports external practical training opportunities for trainees through collaboration with programs such as the DIFC Courts Triage Program and similar professional initiatives that provide hands-on legal experience and community engagement opportunities.

The initiative also aims to foster long-term engagement with universities and academic institutions by providing multiple training sessions throughout the academic year and collaborating on projects and educational initiatives that support student development and practical learning.

Through ongoing training, workshops, and practical exposure, the initiative aims to strengthen professional readiness, develop practical legal skills, support career growth, and contribute to the development of future legal professionals within the community.
