- Internship Programme
For young leaders looking to pursue a legal and non-legal internship we welcome applicants from different backgrounds to kick start their professional careers with knowledge and hands on experience in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Our internships involve individuals in problem solving, decision-making and skills development training at the start so they have the opportunity to make the most of their working experience in Al Tamimi & Co. If you join the internship programme you also get to participate in the many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives the firm that organises.
- Trainee Lawyer Programme
Al Tamimi’s Trainee Lawyer Programme’s primary focus is to acquire, incubate and develop local national talent until qualification. This Programme provides high-level development training for fresh graduates looking to qualify. The Firm actively seeks talented individuals who are likely to be the “leaders of tomorrow” to be given the opportunity to grow within our Firm in their roles by receiving training on skills that will help prepare them for future growth as they rise up the career ladder in the Firm.

- Technical Training
Senior partners and lawyers from within the firm lead our interactive seminars and workshops which provide comprehensive and high quality training and development, covering the full range of practice areas and industries, focusing on such matters as legal updates, global market trends and developments, landmark judgments, transactions and cases which gives our lawyers a unique position in the commercial market in the Middle East. Our dedicated training calendar is also supported by regular presentations from clients, industry experts, academics and barristers.
- Core Skills Training
Although technical legal training is at the centre of the development of our lawyers, we also place great emphasis on core business skills training, including business development, client relationship management, negotiation skills, and legal drafting skills. These are designed to ensure that our lawyers are equipped for the challenges of the role at every level.
- Leadership and Development Programmes
As well as technical workshops, seminars and core skills training, we also provide a comprehensive suite of high level professional development programmes to help to develop our lawyers’ skills and abilities.
These practical and interactive modular programmes are aimed at developing the lawyer as they advance through their career, and onto partnership.
