Biography
Tessa is qualified in England & Wales; she has joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2022 from a Transatlantic Law firm in the UK.
She has experience in acting on a variety of commercial property transactions including investment acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and property finance related matters along with assisting property owners with all aspects of their leasing and asset management work.
Recent Experience
- GCC real estate investment company, assisting with the due diligence of a large portfolio of industrial and logistic assets in Dubai.
- Advising a UAE developer on the real estate aspects of developing a plot of land in Ras Al Khaimah including the sale of off-plan properties to third parties and compliance with RERA regulations.
- UK real estate development company, providing assistance on the due diligence of a large project to create 95 new homes.
- UK Real Estate Investment Trust, providing assistance on the sale of a large industrial site in Durham.
