Biography

Shadi Almbaidin is an Associate in the Litigation practice in Al Tamimi & Company. He is majorly involved with preparing statement of claims and statements of defence, responding to memos, defending the clients and attending court hearing from all kinds.

Shadi has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and advises wide range of clients with relation to potential and ongoing disputes which relate to their day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Shadi worked with the Governmental Sector, which gave him a vast knowledge and experience in the Jordanian courts and Governmental Departments. Although Shadi is focused on Amman Courts, he also works on courts all over Jordan, whether civil or criminal.
