Raneem is a bilingual trainee solicitor at Al Tamimi and Company in Qatar, with valuable experience across multiple sectors, including employment/corporate commercial, real estate, hospitality, and construction. She has been involved in a wide range of legal matters, including advising on employment terminations, grievances, and disciplinary hearings, as well as supporting investigations and settlement negotiations. Her expertise extends to advising on joint venture facilities, utility infrastructure projects, and property due diligence for corporate acquisitions.
Raneem has also gained experience in negotiating hotel management agreements with major global brands, as well as advising property developers on property settlement agreements. Additionally, she has drafted and negotiated various construction-related contracts, including both FIDIC and bespoke agreements, for diverse projects spanning power, infrastructure, buildings, and leisure facilities. Raneem’s focus also includes advising on EPC contracts and developing construction contract templates for governments, developers, and contractors across the GCC.
