Raghda assists in managing and providing legal advisory opinions in respect of innovation, patents, and industrial property (3IP) portfolios in order to ensure the maximum protection for local and international clients including private and public entities, and individuals. She supports clients in legal protection of innovation, including patents, industrial designs and copyrights pertaining to technologies, products and innovations and has managed extensive 3IP portfolios.
Raghda supports clients in setting up intellectual property strategies. She also has experience in patent infringement cases, concluding amicable settlements, co-existence agreements, drafting complaints and initiating raids and boarder seizures.
Raghda is also member of the general intellectual property practice and manages trademark portfolios.
Raghda is also a member of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Raghda was an Intellectual Property and Corporate Junior in a local law firm and as an Associate and Senior Portfolio Manager at an international organization.
