Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Qasim practiced within the M&A tax and International tax teams of big 4 firms in the Middle East and London, United Kingdom, He has also worked as Tax Counsel within the pharmaceuticals industry.
Qasim specializes in advising private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and multi-national corporations on cross border tax matters, including M&A transactions involving tax due diligence, tax planning and restructuring. He has significant experience of advising on all direct taxes and VAT related matters.
