Petrina is an associate in Al Tamimi & Company’s Corporate Commercial team. Her practice focuses on general corporate matters and advisory work.
Prior to joining the firm, Petrin was legal counsel for a private trustee unit in one of the major investment banks, served as an in-house counsel in public listed company and was a legal counsel in the regulatory department of the stock exchange, in Malaysia.
Petrina is a member of Qatar’s Corporate Commercial Team advising general corporate advisory, commercial, transactional work, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Petrina has oil and gas experience and also advises on data protection matters as well as specialty experience in matters pertaining to the Qatar Financial Centre.
Petrina’s recent clients include Daimler, LNG Japan, Suez, Citi Group, Hyatt and KPMG.
