Biography

Omar has over 10 years’ experience advising on corporates law, corporate governance, shareholders matter, commercial matters, labour law and litigation. He represents clients in all aspects of offensive and defensive litigation matters.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, he was an in-house Legal Manager in various oil and gas and logistic companies in KSA.
