Read the full reportOliver is an Associate based in the Dubai office. He joined Al Tamimi & Co in August 2021 and is a member of the International Litigation department.
Oliver has broad commercial litigation experience, having been involved in a wide range of complex matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, debt claims, commercial disputes, and contract drafting and reviewing.
He has particular expertise in restructuring and insolvency, including personal bankruptcy, fraud, asset-tracing, debt and antecedent claims as well as advising on director’s duties and security enforcement.
He also has non-contentious transactional restructuring experience in the UK and internationally, including distressed acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Co, Oliver worked in the Restructuring department of an International law firm in Nottingham, England.
