Read the full reportNora is an Associate seated in the Employment and Incentives as well as Corporate Commercial teams based in Al Tamimi Al Khobar office. Nora works on various contentious and non-contentious corporate and employment matters, advising both domestic and foreign clients across a wide variety of sectors.
Nora’s experience in the employment practice includes advising on various day-to-day employment and labour matters as well as drafting of all employment documentation including employment and termination agreements, in addition to HR policies and handbooks. Nora advises Saudi based companies on the constantly developing Saudisation requirements in accordance with their licensed activities. Reviewing and submitting internal work regulations on behalf of Saudi based companies and liaising with the relevant government authorities for approval.
Nora’s experience in the corporate practice includes assisting domestic or foreign clients on incorporations, corporate structuring and restructuring, merger and acquisitions deals, joint venture formations as well as voluntary liquidations. Drafting and reviewing of various corporate documents including but not limited to resolutions, articles of associations, share purchase agreements, shareholder and joint venture agreements.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Nora spent over three years at an international law firm where she was part of the Corporate practice group, similarly advising both local and international clients on various corporate matters.
