Biography
Nasser Yahia is a Litigation lawyer, who received a law Bachelor and Master of Law Degree from Cairo University and is a member of the Egyptian bar Association since 2006.
Nasser has a total of 14 years of experience which includes 5 years in Egypt and 9 years in UAE in litigation mainly advising various matters related to Commercial Law, Civil Law, Islamic Finance Banking. Criminal Law, Real estate Law and have performed the following :
He has extensive experience in Islamic Finance –real estate finance and has advised and acted for prominent Islamic finance companies within the UAE ,also he is specialises in banking disputes,
He has handled a lot of litigation disputes for the largest real estate companies in UAE with a large knowledge of UAE real estate laws
He has the ability to handle litigation matters and Drafting various pleadings, memorandum and various types of applications with respect to civil, commercial, property, labor criminal disputes before the competent courts in the UAE including the Court of Cassation.
