Prior to Joining Al Tamimi, Nadine worked for almost 4 years at a tier 1 law firm in Amman Jordan where she advised on various corporate, commercial and banking & finance matters.  She has particular expertise in project finance, banks’ mergers and acquisitions, and general banking matters including drafting and negotiation security and facility documentation on behalf of lenders and borrowers, due diligence transactions, and purchase of shares and assets.
