Biography

Nadine is an associate for Al Tamimi’s Banking & Finance department in Dubai. Prior to Joining Al Tamimi, Nadine worked for almost 4 years at a tier 1 law firm in Amman Jordan where she advised on various corporate, commercial and banking & finance matters.  She has particular expertise in project finance, banks’ mergers and acquisitions, and general banking matters including drafting and negotiation security and facility documentation on behalf of lenders and borrowers, due diligence transactions, and purchase of shares and assets.

  • Advised and acted for several national and international banking and financial institutions with respect to project finance deals.
  • Structured, negotiated and implemented an asset sale of a major bank in Jordan.
  • Advised on the expansion of a billion dollar electronic commerce company into the Middle East.
  • Reviewed finance documents from a Jordanian law perspective and advised on the applicability and enforceability of foreign law documents in Jordan.
  • Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated security documents.
  • Amended certain security and facility documents in light of the enactment of the Movable Assets Law in Jordan.
