Mostafa joined Al Tamimi & Company in March 2021 as an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department of the Kuwait office. Mostafa’s practice centers around advising lenders and borrowers on conventional and Islamic financing arrangements, including without limitation, advising, drafting and negotiating Kuwait law security documentation. In addition, Mostafa represents foreign companies on a variety of regulatory matters.

Mostafa was a legal counsel in Loay Jassim Al Kharafi Law Firm providing legal consultancy services that included banking and finance, corporate, IT sector, hotel and tourism, aviation, land sale, arbitration, commercial agencies, construction and due diligences.
