Mayssaa AL-Hajjar

Mayssaa manages the administrative process, patent accounts and procedures related to the registration and clearance of industrial property registration applications in the MENA region, including patents, industrial designs, and plant varieties. She assists in the preparation and filing of these applications in all countries, conducts patent/design searches, monitors the status, validity, and expiry dates of patents and designs and ensures the renewal and maintenance of IP registrations.

Her expertise ensures the efficient management of all client matters, leveraging the full capabilities of our system to streamline workflows and tasks while enhancing team visibility. Mayssaa maintains real-time oversight of both upcoming and past deadlines, allowing her to effectively track and manage all aspects of client matters.

Overseeing the process of managing and updating the patent filing and documentation system by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all IP assets and related activities.

Educating employees and stakeholders on the importance of IP in general and providing training on patent-related issues in particular.
