Biography
Jeanne is an associate in Al Tamimi and Company’s Corporate team in the DIFC office. Jeanne has over 4 years of experience in advising on a range of corporate matters including domestic and international M&A, corporate advisory, joint ventures, venture capital as well as regulatory and licensing issues.
Jeanne also specializes in advising regional high net worth individuals and family businesses on restructuring and, in particular, foundation and trust structuring, acting for some of the largest family companies in the Middle East and the wider MENA region on their deal and governance structures.
Recent Experience
- Road and Transport Authority: assisted on the carve-out of the Salik business and advised on Salik Company PJSC’s IPO on the DFM (part of the Dubai Government privatization programme).
- Priora Management Holding: Advised on the acquisition of Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa, , the region’s largest mobile virtual network operator with operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait.
- ZO Skin Health: advised ZO Skin Health on the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of its primary distributor in the Middle East.
- Mercantime & Maritime: on its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of GTI Fujairah operating a bulk oil storage terminal in the Port of Fujairah.
- Venture Capital: advised a VC firm based in the Cyprus on its investment in a health Tec company based in Dubai providing SaaS to medical facilities across the GCC region.
- Venture Capital: advised a VC firm based in Cyprus on its investment in a educational start-up providing education consulting services to educational institutions worldwide.
- Private Sector Acquisitions: advised top-tier companies on private sector acquisitions across the pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, education, leisure, and retail industries.
- Family Business Restructuring: advised regional high net worth individuals and family businesses as part of the legal teams on family business restructuring matters and succession planning.
