Biography

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company as an Associate in 2022, Imad held the same role with Roudane & Partners Law Firm. He also has similar experience with two other reputable law firms in Morocco.

As a member of the Casablanca Bar Association, Imad specializes in all aspects of business law, particularly in relation to commercial disputes, commercial deeds, labor law disputes, maritime disputes and disputes related to personal status before the local civil, commercial, and criminal courts and various departments.

Recent Experience

Advised and represented Morocco and international companies in various litigation cases in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Advised clients on a wide range of issues relating to commercial disputes in general.
Handled more than 200 litigation cases, drafting all related pleadings in civil, commercial, banking, insurance, bankruptcy, real estate, and labour laws and attending related court hearings.
Drafting lawsuits and exchanging pleadings in personal status cases before the Moroccan courts.
Preparing memoranda of legal advice on various matters, including corporate governance, real estate, commercial agency law and bankruptcy law.
Representing clients in various maritime litigation matters.
Representing clients in public procurement litigation cases.
