Biography
Faisal is an Associate in Al Tamimi and Company’s Banking & Finance team. Prior to joining the firm, Faisal was a legal consultant in one of the Big4’s government and regulation practices. Faisal has a range of experience in various aspects of banking and finance, including financial services advisory and acting for both borrowers and lenders. He particularly focuses on financial services advisory, corporate finance and capital markets.

- Advising Salik PJSC on the carve-out of the Salik operations and its IPO on the Dubai Financial Market.
- Acting as UAE counsel on a USD275,000,000 diamond securitisation transaction.
- Acting as DIFC counsel to the dealer manager on a tender offer of senior secured bonds.
- Advising on virtual asset related products and services in the UAE, DIFC and ADGM.
- Advising and assisting financial services companies on their establishment and licensing in the UAE and ADGM.
