Emily qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has three years’ experience advising on employment law matters in both the UAE and the UK.

Emily has particular expertise in employee management, including advising and supporting with investigations, discrimination and harassment, and termination of employment as well as corporate due diligence. Emily has a focus on the financial sector, retail and consumer and technology, media and telecommunications. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including clients based in the Dubai International Financial Centre and the Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Emily is a member of the Al Tamimi financial sector, retail and consumer and technology, media and telecommunications practices and provides training sessions and seminars on employment and immigration issues for clients across the UAE.

Prior to working with Al Tamimi & Company, Emily worked as an employment solicitor for a London City firm for over two years.
