Daniel specialises in both company and investor side transactional matters with particular emphasis on the emerging company investment space. Daniel has advised on matters across multiple industries, ranging from early seed and angel based investments through private acquisition and public offering exits. He is a member of the Venture Capital team in the Corporate Commercial sector group.
