- File multiple appeals before the Commercial Court in relation to trademark registration refusals issued by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property committee.
- Represent a Chinese company before the Commercial Court in filing lawsuits to claim unpaid rents and maintenance fees of aircrafts operating in Saudi Arabia.
- Advise clients on Contracts, Commercial Agency and Franchising Law in Saudi Arabia.
- Advice clients on Bankruptcy Law and provide assistance during the Financial Restructuring process through the Trustee and the court.
- Advice clients on Trademark License Agreements, preparation of the agreement and registration at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
- File trademark registration applications at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property and handle relevant appeals before the committee in case of refusal.
- Advice clients on import of goods requirements depending on the nature of the good / product.
- Advice on Employment Law, recent developments and programs.
- Represent clients before the Labour court in regards to end of service disputes and unlawful termination.
- File and handle enforcement cases before the Enforcement court.
- Advice clients on Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization requirements for manufacturing and importing of goods to Saudi Arabia.
