Alina is an associate in the Employment & Incentives practice in Abu Dhabi. She is also a member of the Education Sector Group and Russia & CIS Desk.

Alina advises both foreign and local clients on a wide range of employment matters, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, recruitment process and immigration formalities, employment contracts, secondment arrangements, company policies and handbooks, terminations, pension and end of service gratuity, settlement agreements, employment litigation and dispute resolution. She advises on the Federal Labour Law, Federal Civil Service Law, Abu Dhabi Human Resources Law and Abu Dhabi Global Market Employment Regulations.
