Biography

Siraj has over 7 years of expertise advising on various transactional and legal advisory experience working on corporate and commercial matters. Siraj has worked extensively with local and international clients across various sectors in both public and private entities. His forte lies in negotiating and drafting intricate commercial agreements. His practice spans general commercial agreements, distribution and agency agreements, consultancy agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He executed numerous agreements, collaborated with leading logistics providers, and supported procurement in negotiating service contracts. His legal acumen extends to alternative dispute resolution, internal investigations, public policy development, and governmental projects. Prior to joining Al Tamimi, he oversaw trademark and commercial agency registrations in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.

Recent Experience

Providing legal advice and drafting/reviewing legal documents for a public entity in the water industry. This includes land lease agreements, water supply agreements, and legal due diligence.
Providing legal advice to a company that is a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund concerning commercial agreements, service contracts, lease agreements, and profit-sharing contracts for various projects, including Jeddah Yacht Club, Riyadh Season 2021, Riyadh Boulevard, and Winter Wonderland.
Representing a company, one of the largest distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment in Saudi Arabia, before various judicial and regulatory bodies, such as the Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Providing legal advice on commercial agency procedures and reviewing commercial agreements that relate to several international pharmaceutical companies.
Representing clients, providing legal advice, and litigation in court as an associate lawyer on behalf of clients of a law firm. This includes tasks such as contract and agreement consultations, pleading, and defense in lawsuits before commercial, administrative, and labor courts.
