Mohamed Al Marzouqi began his journey with Al Tamimi & Company in 2002 as a Junior Lawyer and is now Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution department. He played a key role in developing the firm’s litigation practice and steadily progressed to become one of the UAE’s most seasoned litigators. Licensed to appear before the Federal Supreme Court, Mohamed leads on major litigation and arbitration matters, including multi-billion-dollar embezzlement and banking disputes, advising high-profile public and private sector clients.

Taiba Al Safar joined Al Tamimi & Company as a junior lawyer and progressed to Partner in the Dispute Resolution department in 2019. Licensed to appear before all UAE courts, including the Federal Supreme Court, she advises on a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal disputes. Taiba also serves as a licensed Private Notary in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and is actively involved in mentoring the next generation of Emirati lawyers.

Hamad Al Seiari joined Al Tamimi & Company as an Associate in the White Collar Crime & Investigations practice. As a fully licensed Emirati criminal lawyer, he has built a strong practice representing clients across all levels of the UAE legal system. Hamad’s work spans complex cross-border matters involving fraud, forgery, and cryptocurrency, often in collaboration with global enforcement bodies such as Interpol. His progression reflects his growing reputation as a trusted legal advisor in high-stakes criminal cases.

Hadi Ayedh is the PR and Communications Manager at Al Tamimi & Company, where he leads regional media relations, corporate communications, and public affairs strategy across the Middle East. With extensive experience in managing communications for a leading law firm, Hadi plays a vital role in enhancing the firm’s visibility and reputation across diverse markets. His responsibilities include overseeing external press engagement, developing strategic messaging, and supporting internal communications initiatives. With strong stakeholder management and crisis communication capabilities, Hadi ensures the firm’s messaging remains aligned, impactful, and adaptable across the region.

Salama Al Tamimi joined Al Tamimi & Company as a legal intern and transitioned to a paralegal role in 2023 after earning her law degree from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she supports the firm’s legal teams with research, drafting, translation, and case preparation. Her academic background and rapid progression reflect her commitment to learning and excellence in legal service delivery.

Shaikha Al Shawab began her career at Al Tamimi & Company as an HR intern in 2022 and was promoted to HR Administration Assistant in early 2023. She now supports the firm’s full employee life cycle—from onboarding and visa processing to insurance and compliance. Her progression reflects strong capability in both operational and people-focused aspects of HR, and she continues to play an integral role in employee engagement and internal process improvement.
