Prior to joining the Senior Partner’s Office at Al Tamimi & Co, Dipali practiced as a corporate lawyer in the London office of a top private equity law firm, specialising in private equity, M&A, P2Ps, IPOs, LLPs, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings.
Having joined Al Tamimi & Company at the inception of the Chairman’s Office, Dipali has extensive experience of advising corporates, high profile and high net worth individuals and family offices on all aspects of their businesses and personal lives; both local and international, contentious and non-contentious. Her practice is varied and ranges from, for example, advising a major private equity firm (US$22bn AUM) on its fund structuring and establishment of a master franchise platform in the Middle East to advising on local shareholder set ups and disputes to ongoing assistance to high profile clients on their real estate investments in the UK and US as well as family law matters, including pre-nups, Islamic marriage contracts divorce and wills and probate. Dipali is fiercely passionate and loyal in finding creative, efficient and effective legal solutions for her clients.
