Ministerial Decree No. 270 of 2025 Organization of Work in New Establishments

Requirements

  • Within 30 days from commencement of operations, establishments must submit to the competent Labor Directorate detailed workforce data, including counts by qualification, occupation, age categories, nationality, gender, and wages.
  • Each January, establishments must report: (1) any changes to the initial data; (2) the number of vacancies arising from replacement or expansions and positions eliminated; and (3) estimated workforce needs for the following year by educational and professional status.
  • The Directorate must provide the National Social Insurance Authority with a copy of the annual data described above.
  • All establishments already operating when the decree takes effect must submit the initial dataset within 30 days of the decree’s effective date, and then comply with the January annual updates.
