Ministerial Decree No. 260 of 2025 — Designation of Competent Administrative Authorities under Labor Law No. 14 of 2025

Requirements

  • Specifies the competent administrative authorities for approving key labor-law actions, including basic statute reviews and acceptance of resignations and withdrawals thereof.
  • Identifies the Labor Directorate as the body to be notified for emergency plans and for implementing relevant ministerial decisions in occupational matters and other labor-law applications.
