Our Senior Partner and Founder, Essam Al Tamimi was honoured to be selected to be a member of the Higher Education Private Sector Council (HEPS). The HEPS Council is a new initiative taken by the federal government under the National Strategy for Higher Education 2030, which seeks to bring together leading global private companies to better align labour market needs with higher education outcomes.
During the first council meeting a number of task forces were proposed which will address four key areas — research and innovation, design of academic programmes, professional placement, and advanced skills. Taskforces will use distinct metrics to evaluate the progress of their efforts.
