Our culture

We have a true “one firm” culture and although we have offices across nine jurisdictions, we work seamlessly together and pride ourselves on having a collaborative approach across the firm.

We have a hybrid working model that is flexible and  encourages a work life balance and collaboration using the office space we have created. Open plan, no fixed desks, large collaboration areas, all designed to foster a culture that enables transparency and commitment to each other.

The firm organises frequent informal (virtual) get-togethers and we have an annual Employee Recognition Awards Ceremony to praise those colleagues who have made an extra effort and have gone the extra mile.
