ADGM’s New Data Protection Law

The revamp of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) (“ADGM”) Data Protection Regulations (“ADGM DPR”) have now been issued.

The updated ADGM DPR are consistent with changes occurring globally and align with the EU’s General #Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to achieve a high standard of protection for personal data to help shed light on the recent changes, our data protection specialists Andrew Fawcett and Krishna Jhala provided a detailed review of the new law and the careful considerations needed.
