She is actively involved in all aspects of litigation and is proficient in proficient in criminal litigation such as bounced cheque matters, fraudulent cases, breach of trust, defamation, impersonation and etc.
Taiba acts for clients before the Police force, Public Prosecution and Criminal court.
In addition, Taiba is also experienced many legal domains including, civil cases, commercial cases, labor cases, execution matters, property cases, intellectual property matters, mediations and settlement agreements amongst others.
Taiba is responsible for coaching newly qualified Emirati law graduates giving them hands on practical experience. She directly oversees the trainees and the progress of the training course.
Taiba Al Safar is also an accomplished Private Notary and provides notary services to clients approaching the Al Tamimi Private Notary and is licensed in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
