Taiba is licensed to represent clients before the Federal and Local courts in UAE; First Instance, Appeal, Cassation and the Federal Supreme Court.

Taiba Al Safar has extensive legal experience in handling diverse civil, commercial and criminal litigation. She is actively involved in all aspects of litigation and is proficient in proficient in criminal litigation such as bounced cheque matters, fraudulent cases, breach of trust, defamation, impersonation and etc.

Taiba acts for clients before the Police force, Public Prosecution and Criminal court.
