• ADQ in its disposal of a USD multi-billion strategic asset;
• Aldar Properties in its AED 530 million acquisition of industrial assets from Waha Capital;
• Rothschild & Co in its successful bid and acquisition of Liechtensteinische Landesbank’s UAE private client portfolio with assets under management valued at circa CHF 1 billion (AED 4.6 billion);
• Emsteel in its divestment of its pipes manufacturing business;
• International Petroleum and Investment Company (IPIC) and OQ (formerly known as Oman Oil Company) in the sale of their entire shareholding in a leading maritime Dubai-based private joint stock company to high net worth individuals for circa USD 200 million;
• Ethara in its UAE-domiciled joint venture with Oak View Group (the world’s largest arena developer and a Silver Lake portfolio company);
• A Dubai-based investment management firm in its sponsoring of a series of investments in land parcels in the UAE through Cayman and ADGM-based vehicles;
• An investment holding group in its acquisition of:
• a UAE-based target operating in the agricultural sector;
• a Dubai-based target with international dredging and land reclamation operations; and
• a stake in a UAE-led consortium to invest in one of Egypt’s largest agri-food industrial complexes;
• Nine Yards Plus Holding in its majority share acquisition of Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP) from ADCB;
• Mumtalakat in its minority share acquisition of a UAE-based target;
• A member of the Abu Dhabi ruling family in their acquisition of a land plot in Spain;
• The UAE Federal Government in its engagement of a renowned American developer to create and publish a video game;
• Apex Investment in its UAE-domiciled joint venture with Singapore-based Enercap Holdings;
• Kearney in its strategic AI-focused partnership with the Dubai AI Campus (DIFC); and
