Biography
Saifedin Nagar is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in Abu Dhabi.
Saifedin is a Sudanese National. He practiced in Cairo as a licensed lawyer from 1988 to 2001. In December 2001 he joined Dar Al Adalah Advocates & legal Consultants, Dubai where he handled matters of Corporate, Commercial & Land Law, and the latter in Sudan. Saifedin is now a member of Al Tamimi and Company’s Litigation department.
Saifedin has worked as a licensed lawyer in Sudan from 1988 to 2001 and has handled various cases such as, criminal, civil, property, commercial and companies law.
Recent Experience
- Represents client in various litigation matters, such as trademarks disputes, commercial, transport and specialized in administrative issues.
- Represents different Governmental Departments in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi Municipality, Agriculture Department – Al Ain, Agthia Group, Grand Mills (companies owned by Abu Dhabi Government) and Higher Corporation for specialized Economic Zones (represents all these departments in different litigation matters) & General Pension & Social Security Authority (Federal Government Entity), and provides legal advice on jurisdictional issues, alternative disputes resolution (arbitration).
