Rohma has over 9 years of experience advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters. She has particular expertise in project finance and regulatory matters.

She has worked with a wide range of listed and unlisted clients, both local and international and has extensive experience advising on banking and finance laws as well as drafting and reviewing finance agreements and security documents.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, she was a senior associate at a Chambers and Partners top-ranked law firm in Pakistan and has advised on various public private partnership transactions, solar and wind power projects and mergers and acquisitions.
